What is Soju?

Soju is a rice-based distilled spirit similar to vodka, and is the #1 selling distilled spirit in the world by volume! Rich with Asian heritage, Soju (also called Shochu in Japan or Baijiu in China) distillation methods have been around since

SOJU VODKA (48 Proof)
HAN Soju Asian Vodka (48 proof) is a Rice and Barley-based distilled spirit similar in taste profile to Vodka. The use of polished Rice in the fermentation and distillation process makes HAN Soju Asian Vodka smooth and highly appealing. It’s great on the rocks, in a Martini, or as a super smooth alternative to traditional vodka.
SOJU CITRUSS VODKA
Soju Citruss is HAN’s answer to the growth in flavored vodkas. This premium Rice and Barley based spirit is infused with subtle citrus accents of orange, lemon and lime, and has a super smooth finish. Mix it up or drink it straight.
SOJU TEQ
HAN Soju Teq is infused with the flavors of premium Mexican Tequila. Similar in taste profile to premium Blanco Mexican Tequilas, HAN Soju Teq can be used in a premium Margarita, as a shooter or served chilled in a salt-rimmed martini glass with a lime garnish.

    3 dashes of Angostura Bitters (optional)

    Method

    Pour ingredients in a tall glass or copper mug filled with ice. Garnish with lime wedge. Our tasty version of the Moscow Mule.

    2 1/2 parts grapefruit juice

    Method

    Before mixing, salt rocks glass rim (optional). Fill glass with ice and mix in ingredients. Garnish with lime wedge.

    2 1/2 parts HAN SOJU ASIAN “VODKA” 48 proof

    4 parts Finest Call Zesty or Loaded Bloody Mary Mix

    1/2 part fresh lemon juice

    Dash of ground pepper

    2 dashes celery or fennel bitters (optional)

    1/4 parts Sriracha (optional)

    Method

    Salt tall glass with celery salt and fill with ice. Mix in ingredients. Garnish with olive, lime wedge, and green pepper. Our refreshing garden flavor bloody. Add slice of bacon to kick up this classic.

    2 parts Han Soju
    4 parts Tomato Juice
    1/2 part

    Worcestershire Sauce

    1/4 part Tabasco Sauce

    Optional: Pinch salt & pepper

    Method

    Pour all your ingredients over cubed ice in a highball glass and stir well. Sip and enjoy.

    1 part Monin Blackberry syrup

    Method

    Mix ingredients except half and half in tall glass filled with ice. Drizzle half and half over top. Garnish with Luxardo cherry.

    2 parts HAN CANE

    4 parts Finest Call strawberry purée

    1 1/2 parts lemonade

    1/2 parts lime juice (Optional – use fresh or commercial)

    Method

    Shake and pour ingredients over ice. Strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with lemon wedge or a strawberry. She’s not just pretty to look at.

    Ingredients

    2 parts Han Cane

    3 parts club soda or seltzer

    12 mint leaves

    ½ lime

    1 wedge of lime

    1 tbsp sugar

    Method

    Place mint leaves, sugar, and 1/2 lime in glass. Muddle well with a pestle. Add HAN Cane, top off with Club Soda, stir will and garnish with sprigs of mint or lime.

    1 ¼ parts Coconut water

    1/4 parts Orgeat syrup

    1/4 parts Hershey’s Chocolate syrup

    Shake and our ingredients over ice. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with cherry. Desert!

    4 parts HAN Soju

    1 parts Lime juice

    1 oz Orange juice

    2 parts Passion fruit juice

    1/2 parts Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)

    1/2 parts Grenadine

    Method

    Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a large Hurricane glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with an orange half-wheel and a cherry.

    1/2 part Finest Call

    1/8 part Spicy Tamarind sauce (found at Whole Foods or Indian specialty store - OPTIONAL)

    2 dashes of Cocktail Kingdom Wormwood Bitters

    Method

    Shake ingredients over ice and strain into martini glass. Garnish with a lemon or orange wedge. Prepare for a flavor overload.

    HAN Siam Cocktail

    Ingredients

    2 ounces HAN Asian Vodka

    1 ounce Coconut Rum

    3 pieces lychee in syrup

    1/2 ounce lime juice

    3/4 ounce simple syrup

    3 pieces lemongrass

    1 pc. kaffir lime leaf

    3 thin slices or whole red chili (to garnish)

    Method

    Mix the first five ingredients. Serve in rock glass and garnish with lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf and chili slices.

    1 1/2 OzHAN Asian Vodka

    1/4 Oz Cointreau

    1/3 Oz lemon Juice

    1/2 OZ syrup

    4 strawberries

    6 raspberries

    6 blueberries

    1/2 mango

    Method

    Blend the liquor and fruit with ice then pour into a tall glass. Garnish glass with a half strawberry with leaf and float a chopped strawberry, blueberry and raspberry in the drink.

    2 oz HAN Asian Vodka

    1 oz cold/chilled green tea

    1/2 oz triple sec

    1/2 oz simple syrup
    lemon twist (for garnish)

    Method

    Add all the ingredients (except lemon twist) into a bar shaker filled with ice, shake well strain into martini glass. Garnish with lemon twist and enjoy.

    1.5 Oz lychee liqueur

    Method
